Prayer Network

We believe that prayer is most effective when it is specific. The Prayer Network wishes to provide Ebenezer with opportunities to pray with direction. If we all pull together, we can harness the power of what may be the most underutilized ministry today — prayer.

Quarterly Prayer Breakfast

Each quarter a group meets at 8:00am on a Saturday morning to talk about answers to prayer. Practical tips for how to pray more effectively are also discussed. Contact Pastor Mark Miller for more information.

Telephone Prayer Chain

Ebenezer has a telphone prayer chain for sending out prayer requests for members of the congregation. TO be a part of either the daytime or evening prayer chain, contact Gini Harris at 540.659.1803

E-Mail Prayer Chain

For those who prefer the computer to the telephone, we have an e-mail prayer chain. Contact Diana Stevens if you wish to help with prayer requests.

Moms In Touch

Mons In Touch International is an organization of mothers who join together to pray for specific schools in our community. For more information, contact Donna Carpeenter at 540.720.7196

Prayers & Squares

Prayers & Squares is a group of quilters that fashion lap quilts for individuals in need of special prayers. The knots to each square are left untied so members of the congregation can say a prayer as they tie each know. Once all the knots are tied, the quilt is delivered to the individual. To join in contact Dave Russell via e-mail or at the church, 540.659.1349

Sunday Intercessors

At Ebenezer, we make a special effort to see that all those who come to worship services are made to feel welcome and find support if they are in need. We have designated people at each service to serve as a Sunday Intercessors, who look out for people in need of prayer. Contact Dave Russell via e-mail or at the church, 540.659.1349, if you wish to serve as a Sunday Intercessor.

Prayer Partners

Forming a prayer network begins with you. We encourage you to seek out a prayer partner. Look around you — in your neighborhood, at church, in your small group, at work. Is there someone who you could join together with to share prayers and support?
