E-Link Instructions

New to E-Link?

Chances are that if you have given us your email address in the past, you are already registered.  Click on the link under "Forgot your password?" to have your password sent to you.  When you put in your email, it will tell you if we have that email registered in our system by either informing you an email has been sent or saying we have no such address.  If your email address is not recognized, you may use the "Register" link in the login window.  When you login for the first time, please change your password immediately by following the instructions below.
 

Changing Your Password

Once logged in, click on "Personal Profile", then click on your name in your family listing.  At the bottom of the "Personal Information" box, click "Change Password..."  Enter your new password, then enter it again to verify it.  Lastly, choose "Update" at the bottom of the page.
 

Setting Up Online Giving

Online giving allows you to give to the church electronically through a direct debit from your checking/savings account (e-check).  You can set up recurring gifts or make one-time gifts to the: General Fund (where all general offerings go), Mission Possible (helps to pay down Ministry Center loan), or Agape Fund (helps people in financial need).  Once you enter basic payment information, you will be redirected to the Payment Data Systems (PDS) secure site to enter your account information.
 

Making Changes To Online Giving

If you need to change a recurring gift:

Login to E-Link.
Click "Online Giving"
Verify your email address and click "Start"
Under "Current recurring payments" click the pencil icon to edit the corresponding payment.
We suggest choosing "Stop Payments" and setting up a new recurring payment.

 

Viewing Your Contribution History

Clicking on "Contribution History" will allow you to see ALL recorded contributions (both online and by check/cash).  Note that this information is not real-time; contributions may take up to a week to show up.  You may view contributions from 2009 and later by choosing the year at the top of the e-link area.  Any questions about contributions should be directed to Pat McGuckin by phone at 540.628.7180.
 

Updating Personal/Family Information

Click on the "Personal Profile" tab.  Click on the name of the person you would like to update.  Make the desired changes and click "Update" at the bottom of the page.  Please note that changes to personal information must be approved by the church office before the changes will be seen in E-Link.
