Systems of Self Defense

A two-session self-defense course just for women is returning to Ebenezer in August! In partnership with the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office, Ebenezer will offer Systems of Self Defense for women ages 12 and up on Saturday, August 5 and Saturday, August 12 from 9:00 AM-3:00 PM. The course increases awareness and overall safety through lecture, discussion, and hands-on training in realistic self-defense techniques. The cost is $25. Lunch will be provided.
