Why Do My Prayers Go Unanswered?
Since 1945 the Church has been in decline. This is, at least in part, because women and men of faith have been unable to provide answers for the atrocities of WWII and the unspeakable tragedy of the Holocaust. Why do innocent people suffer? Why don’t our prayers get answered? Why is it so difficult to find God’s will? These questions are important. But they aren’t the end of the conversation. There are difficult issues we face, injustices we endure. But these are not the end. In the end, even if we don’t understand, even if the road has been difficult- in the end, love wins.
