TNT and Axis Youth Ministry Start Back Up
Youth Ministry is not just for the church of tomorrow – it’s vital for the church of today.Â
On Sunday, September 8th, we began an exciting new year of Youth Ministry, a crucial part of the life of the church. This is where the seeds of faith are planted, nurtured, and enabled to grow and flourish!
Each year brings new changes as students’ progress from young and eager 6th graders to thoughtful 12th graders. Each and every year they are different students, even if they are the same individual people. However, their life and faith in Christ evolves and blossoms!
Youth Ministry embodies what it means to be the church – diving into God’s Word, worshiping together, and navigating the complexities of life with confidence, compassion, and a deeper connection to God and each other. There is an incredible and dedicated team of leaders investing in relationships with students, getting to know them, walking through the highs and lows, pointing them to Jesus. The main thing, as we come together is to plant the Gospel seeds in the lives of students and one another and watch as God brings about growth, healing, nurturing, and rooting in us and through us!
What a great joy and blessing that we embark on this new season of Youth Ministry and become intertwined with the highs and lows of life and faith! There is nothing like Youth Ministry. It reflects what our whole life should be: groups of people coming together to do life with each other. All different age groups, getting into the Word, striving to follow Jesus, and then sending people out to make disciples. Leaders. Students.
