Supervisor:  Executive Director

General Responsibilities:  Supervise the work of office and administrative staff to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures; recruit, train, and organize office staff and volunteers to respond to administrative needs of pastoral and ministry staff; coordinate with Pastors, Communications Director and staff to produce communications that market and support the logistics and goals of ministry activities, coordinate church activities to ensure efficient and effective use of church facilities and support functions (i.e. scheduling, access to buildings, managing schedule conflicts, etc.); manage church records, reports from committees, and membership database; participate as staff liaison to Board of Trustees, attending Trustee meetings and coordinating work requested related to property management; and monitor inventory levels and requisition or purchase supplies, including food and kitchen items, as needed.

General Responsibilities: Provide care for children during church recognized events following church guidelines.

Shifts: Part-time work may include Sundays and weekday shifts from 8:50 AM – 12:30 PM and weekday evening shifts from 5:30 – 9:00 PM.

General Responsibilities:  Assists the Property Manager in maintaining the church building and grounds to provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that supports Ebenezer’s strategic vision.

Perform basic repairs and maintenance to the various areas of the church building to include, but not limited to, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and lighting.
