Director of Student (Youth) Ministries
General Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate student ministries programs to meet Ebenezer Church’s strategic vision. Create, implement, and manage experiences and environments designed to reach and strengthen middle school and high school students in their Christian faith development. Work Hours: 35 hours per week including some evenings and weekends (current ministry gatherings are on Sunday evening)
Director of Worship
General Responsibilities: Develop and lead the worship planning process to meet Ebenezer UMC’s strategic vision of delivering a consistent, spiritual experience for those who attend worship services. This position is geared intentionally toward building up volunteer servant leaders and musicians to participate in multiple areas of the worship experience. See the position description for details.
