Frequently Asked Questions
In-person worship services are on Sundays at 8:15 AM (traditional), 9:45 AM (modern) and 11:15 AM (modern).
If you are a first-time visitor, we have spots available just for you immediately after you enter the parking lot. Feel free to park there or anywhere else that is available throughout the lot.
Visit our Connection Desk in the Lobby, which is staffed with team members and knowledgeable volunteers. They will be more than happy to answer questions, help you find the right classrooms for your children and escort you to where you need to go.
KidzCare Nursery is available for infants and toddlers during all Sunday Services. Check in at the KidzRock Kiosk.
KidzRock Sunday School is available in the Ministry Center during the 9:45 & 11:15 AM services (except on major holiday weekends) for children age 3 through 5th grade. (Note: During the summer, Sunday School is not available during the 11:15 AM service. We will resume regular Sunday School hours on August 18.)

Our 8:15 AM traditional service features hymns and traditional worship music from our choir. The 9:45 AM & 11:15 AM modern services feature music from our worship band.
Although we encourage you to bring your Bible, it is not required. We believe that by taking notes in your Bible it becomes a life-textbook, making it easier to reference in the future. At this time, we do not have Bibles for use in the pews, but we encourage you to use the YouVersion Bible app on your mobile phone during services.
Dress comfortably, as you would if you were going to any friend’s house for a visit.
Yes! Join us at live.ebenezerumc.org for the livestream of our 9:45 & 11:15 AM worship services. Be sure to say hello and engage with your fellow worshipers using the chat function. Recordings of the services are available to watch anytime thereafter.

Our parking lots include plenty of handicap parking spaces and our campus is wheelchair accessible. We also have hearing assistive devices available at the sound booth in the Sanctuary.
Our Wiggle Room is located just off the Lobby for little ones who may have trouble sitting through services, accompanied by their parents.
Our MOSAIC (Ministry of Special Abilities In Christ) Ministry provides assistance for children with special abilities and their families. For more information about MOSAIC, please click the button below.
