Who Is a Leader?
The Christian faith, and being a follower of Christ is not a spectator sport; it is active and participatory. We are not simply depositories of God’s grace and love. We are the vessels, the vessels through which God’s love and grace flows to bless our church, our community, and our world. we have all we need to lead and lead well. Paul, in Romans 12, says we are One body in Christ made up of many parts with various functions, yet we are ONE Body. God has gifted us each with a gift, a talent, an ability, and God is calling us to use these gifts in our everyday lives, and to use these gifts for His glory. In living into our spiritual gifts, and living out our faith as Christ-Centered Leaders we need to be: Christ-Centered, Committed, Courageous, and Consistent.
