Let’s Move!

Daily physical activity is good for everyone! You can improve your balance, increase your strength, range of movement, stamina and just generally feel better when you add movement to your daily routine.

Join us on Tuesdays and Fridays at 9:15 AM in the basement at Ebenezer Church for a class that combines low impact/intensity moves with calisthenics, strength work and gentle stretching to provide an overall workout for the Active Older Adult. We will be using hand held weights and bands. Gentle stretching is incorporated to help improve range of motion for an overall workout.   • Anyone who has a fever or is sick, or who has known exposure to COVID-19 in the last 14 days, should remain home.
  • Social distancing of no less than 6 feet should be maintained among participants.
