Backpacks for Costa Rica
September 29 - October 20
This fall, we’re on a mission to fill 100 backpacks with toys, school supplies, and hygiene items for children in Costa Rica. In partnership with Rice and Beans Ministries, we aim to spread love and hope and empower kids for a brighter future, one backpack at a time. The contents of each backpack are carefully curated to provide age-appropriate items that spark creativity, foster learning, and promote physical activity. These items may seem small, but the impact on a child’s life is immeasurable.
How can you participate?
- Register to fill one or more backpack(s) using the button below
- Pick up your empty backpack(s) at Ebenezer on Sunday, September 22
- Fill the backpack(s) with the specific items on the supply list
- Return the backpack(s) to Ebenezer on Sunday, October 20
- Note: You will also have the option to donate $12 per backpack to cover shipping costs.
