Discover once more the power of gratitude as a child of God.

Becoming grateful shapes and changes who we are and how we interact with others. The practice of giving thanks to God has been part of worship for thousands of years. As we study scriptures of discipleship, gratitude, and giving, how will God use gratitude to change us? On November 26, we will lift up ways we intend to engage with the church through financial giving and active service in the coming year. Join us as we grow in gratitude together.

Estimate of Giving Form

We are encouraging our church family to give to God a percentage of income, striving toward the Biblical model of tithing. If you’ve never given before, it’s a great time to start in small steps. If you give regularly, thank you! We invite you to consider whether you can increase your gift in any way. Please pray about how you will offer gratitude to God in 2024, then fill out the Estimate of Giving Form below. You may also print out the Printable Estimate of Giving Card and return it to the church office by mail or in person.

Serving Opportunities

One of the ways we grow in faith is by using our gifts to serve others. As you consider how you will commit to grow this year, we invite you to fill out the Serving Opportunities Form below. You may also print out the Printable Serving Opportunities Form and return it to the church office by mail or in person.

Gratitude Challenge

This month, we invite you to take part in our Gratitude Challenge. There are several ways to get involved and build the habit of being grateful:

  • Post what you’re grateful for on social media, using #GrowingGratitude. Check our socials for examples using the buttons below.

Facebook

Instagram

  • Not on social media? Write about what you’re grateful for in a journal and share it with a friend or family member.
  • Pick up a copy of Living Gratitude, a collection of 28 daily devotionals, and set aside time each day to study Scripture, give thanks, and discover the power of gratitude. You may purchase a copy using the button below.

Psalm 100

Make a joyful noise to theĀ Lord, all the earth.
Worship theĀ LordĀ with gladness;
come into his presence with singing.
Ā
Know that theĀ LordĀ is God.
It is he that made us, and we are his;
we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
Ā
Enter his gates with thanksgiving,
and his courts with praise.
Give thanks to him, bless his name.
Ā
For theĀ LordĀ is good;
his steadfast love endures forever,
and his faithfulness to all generations.
