Systems of Self Defense

A two-session self-defense course just for women is returning to Ebenezer starting in October! In partnership with the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office, Ebenezer will offer Systems of Self Defense for women ages 12 and up on Saturday, April 26 and Saturday, May 3 from 9:00 AM-2:00 PM. The course increases awareness and overall safety through lecture, discussion, and hands-on training in realistic self-defense techniques. The cost is $25. Lunch will be provided.
