Exercise Classes
Get fit for free!
Ebenezer offers exercise classes for people with all levels of wellness. Class formats include Cardio-fitness, Power-sculpting/toning, Zumba, RYZE (a form of Hip-Hop), HIGH (think old school aerobics to new music), Step (yes, we brought back THE Step), Boot-Camp, BARRE, and Yoga. We have an exercise closet with weights, yoga mats, and other equipment. Feel free to bring your own. For some of our bigger classes, we do run out of weights and mats.
We offer classes Monday and Wednesday 9:15-10:15 AM in Room B01 of the Ministry Center. Class size is limited to 15 to allow for comfortable social distancing. A weekly schedule is posted on the Ebenezer Exercise Group Facebook page. Free KidzCare is offered for each session. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes and bring a water bottle. We also offer classes on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9:15-10:15 AM for active older adults. This is a drop-in class, no sign up required. Find more information here and join our Facebook Group.
